Membership Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions

The Self Investment Account ("SIA") is a membership program offered by Pretty Please Aesthetics (“PPA”) to its most valued clients of services and goods. These Terms and Conditions form the agreement between each client that participates in SIA (known as a "Member") and PPA with respect to the SIA. PPA reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions or to adopt additional rules, regulations, policies, or procedures ("Related Rules") affecting SIA and to terminate SIA or a Member's membership in the SIA at any time for any reason without prior written notice. By participating in the SIA, Member agrees to these Terms and Conditions. Each Member is responsible for remaining knowledgeable about SIA's Terms and Conditions, which can be found at https://www.prettypleaseaesthetics.com/membership/. Members agree to pay a monthly fee to participate in the SIA. Memberships in the SIA entitle each Member to a variety of benefits, as outlined below.


HOW IT WORKS

SIA Membership Tiers

The SIA Starter Membership: The Members will be charged a monthly fee of $150. In return, the Members will receive a $150 credit towards any services and products offered by PPA, 15% off the unit price of Dysport and Xeomin, 10% off esthetician services (listed under the tab “Esthetician Services” on PPA’s booking site), 5% off skincare products sold in-office at PPA, and eligibility to participate in monthly discounts and promotions.

The SIA Core Membership: The Members will be charged a monthly fee of $325. In return, the Members will receive a $325 credit towards any services and products offered by PPA, 15% off the unit price of Dysport and Xeomin, 10% off esthetician services (listed under the tab “Esthetician Services” on PPA’s booking site), discounts on dermal filler and biostimulator services (Sculptra, Radiesse, PRF, PRF EZ Gel), one B12 shot per visit, 1 Treatment Plan Refresh appointment per year, a quarterly gift of PPA’s choosing, and eligibility to participate in monthly discounts and promotions.

The SIA Pro Membership: The Members will be charged a monthly fee of $500. In return, the Members will receive a $500 credit towards any services and products offered by PPA services or products, 15% off the unit price of Dysport and Xeomin, 10% off esthetician services (listed under the tab “Esthetician Services” on PPA’s booking site), discounts on all other services offered by PPA, one B12 shot per visit, 4 ZO Stimulator Peel treatments per year, 1 Treatment Plan Refresh appointment per year, a quarterly gift of PPA’s choosing, and eligibility to participate in monthly discounts and promotions.

Gratuities on services are not included in the SIA monthly fee. Discounts on products apply to in-office purchases only. Credits and discounts are non-transferable and can only be used by the Member. Any attempt to transfer benefits under the SIA may result in the automatic cancellation of membership by PPA. PPA reserves the right to request proper identification from the Member before providing services or products using the SIA membership benefits.

Communications with Members

The Members agrees to allow PPA to communicate via mail, email, phone (including text messages), external websites, and various other channels. PPA may use these channels to communicate with the Member about account status, program changes, related rules, special offers and promotions, or other matters PPA believes may interest the Member.

Term

Membership in the SIA shall last for a minimum period of 6 (six) months from the membership start date. During the first 6 (six) months, the SIA can only be canceled at PPA’s reasonable discretion. Thereafter, the SIA shall continue on a month-to-month basis and will be terminated only if (1) the Member cancels the SIA in accordance with the cancellation terms below, or (2) PPA cancels the SIA at its reasonable discretion.

Cancellation

Membership in the SIA can be canceled by the Member, without penalty, at any time after 6 months from the membership start date. Member must submit their cancellation request through the form located on our Membership page. To avoid being charged for the next billing period, the Member must submit their cancellation request at least 3 business days before the start of the next billing period. By canceling, the Member will be removed from the SIA. If the Member cancels in the middle of a billing period, the cancellation will not go into effect until the next billing period. All cancellations are final.

Freeze

Membership in the SIA can be frozen by the Member, without penalty, for up to 12 months. Member must submit their freeze request through the form located on our Membership page. To avoid being charged for the next billing period, the Member must submit their freeze request at least 3 business days before the start of the next billing period. If the Member freezes in the middle of a billing period, the freeze will not go into effect until the next billing period. When the member is ready to unfreeze their membership, they may call PPA at (916) 287-1725 or send an email to [email protected].

Unused Credits

Unused credits and services "roll over" month-to-month and never expire while the SIA is active. If the SIA is canceled, any unused credits and services must be redeemed by the Member within 90 days of the SIA cancellation or they will be forfeited. Unused complimentary services, add-ons, and discounts have no cash value. The Member is not entitled to redeem unused services, add-ons, or discounts for cash or PPA store credit, and the Member is not entitled to a refund for any unused services, add-ons, or discounts at any time during SIA or upon cancellation.

Payment Authorization

The SIA credits are non-transferable and will recur monthly until canceled by the Member or PPA. The monthly fee will be charged automatically and approximately on the same day of the month that the original purchase was made. If the Member upgrades the Member’s SIA Membership level tier, any unused credits will roll over to the upgraded SIA membership tier and the new monthly SIA Membership fee will be charged automatically to the authorized credit card and approximately on the same day of the month that the Member purchased the upgraded membership.

Each Member agrees and understands that the Member's credit card will automatically be charged the applicable monthly fee for the Member’s SIA-designated membership tier. It is each Member's responsibility to keep PPA informed of accurate billing information. For any changes in the Member’s billing information, a new form must be completed. The SIA monthly fee will be charged automatically and approximately on the same day of the month that the membership start date occurred. If PPA terminates the SIA program or the Member's membership in the SIA, the Member's credit card will not be charged for the next billing period. The terms applicable to cancel regarding cancellation of the SIA membership will apply.

Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.

Disputes.

The Member and PPA agree to mediate any dispute or claim arising between them relating to this Agreement before resorting to arbitration or court action.
